Canon James Cronin is Dean of the Cathedral, and responsible to the Archbishop for the overall running of the Cathedral. Born and brought up in Forest Hill, he studied at St John’s Seminary and in Canada, and before coming to the Cathedral was Parish Priest of South Croydon, and previously Chaplain to Digby Stuart College and Director of Vocations for the Diocese. He is a Governor of St Thomas’s Hospital, and convener of Ethnic Chaplains for the Archdiocese.
