| Essential improvements to the fabric of the Cathedral building, including repairs to the roof, modernisation of the 1950s electrical systems and wiring in the Cathedral, and introduction of significant improvements to access throughout the building for people with disabilities. |

| Redevelopment of the Archbishop Amigo Hall into a modern Visitor Centre, Meeting Space, and Community Resource, with full access facilities, lifts to all levels, plus a bookshop and café-bar for visitors and the local community. Glazed walkway to link the Archbishop Amigo Hall to the Cathedral via the Jubilee Door, and provide a covered walkway from the Lady Chapel to the Hall. |

| Major improvements to the organ and the choral foundation. The historic Compton organ dates from the 1950s, but was never fully completed, nor has it been restored or refurbished. Now it urgently needs work to introduce up-to-date electronic circuitry and expansion to meet the needs of modern congregations and recitalists. |

| Modernisation of meeting and visitor facilities within Cathedral House, including the Ledge and the Undercroft. |
